Unfortunately, traditional healthcare often separates mental and physical health, with rushed visits and quick prescriptions becoming the norm. We created gro to change that.
We understand the powerful connection between engrained thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. Many challenges stem from patterns shaped early in life, and by uncovering the “why,” we can find lasting, sustainable solutions that truly work.
Our team takes the time to listen, offering personalized care that helps you grow—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or attention challenges, or simply seeking nutritional guidance and clarity through lab work and complimentary testing, we’ll create a plan designed for you—to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Justin Goodman is a board-certified registered dietitian in Maryland and Delaware.
